With over 20 years of experience in higher education and public sector IT leadership, Christine excels in aligning technology solutions with institutional goals to enhance learning, operational excellence, and digital equity. She leads cross-campus IT teams, oversees multimillion-dollar budgets, and ensures robust, secure infrastructure that supports both academic and administrative needs. Christine is known for championing collaborative governance, transparent communication, and continuous workforce development. Her commitment to supporting hybrid learning, student success technology, and campus modernization projects reflects her vision for inclusive, scalable, and future-ready IT services. As a U.S. Army Veteran, she brings disciplined leadership, a passion for service, and a deep dedication to building environments where technology empowers all students to thrive.
